We rented through Kingdom Strollers instead of our usual stroller rental company because of previous bad experiences so this was our first time renting from Kingdom. We vacationed in WDW August 19th through August 28th.

Plus, they had seats for parades & we had something to lean on. We were at the parks 3 days in a row before opening and stayed at least 11 hours each day. No complaints from our girls about riding - they jumped in anytime we asked and helped them stay in good moods all day long. Kingdom Strollers delivered nice & early and the directions to open/close were clearly labeled. The Disney staff constantly reorganizes, so it helps find your stroller quickly to add a little something. The strollers are marked well with bright orange signs with your Family Name, but we also added ribbons to the handles. We used the strollers to get longer distances quickly, but easily parked them in designated areas and walked around specific areas. She hasn't used a stroller since she was 2, but after the strong suggestion we get a stroller, we went for it - BEST DECISION EVER! It gave us extra storage to pack most of our own food, as well as rain protection & sweaters for evenings. We planned to bring a stroller for our little one, but rented for the older. We just came back from our 1st Disney Trip with 3 and 6.5 year old girls. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your services!

Next time I rent I will just bring a portable fan to blow on my kids. It was hot in the carriage, granted we did go in the last week of August and the temperature was over 100 most days. That being said, however, it folded down fast and easy and was a breeze to unfold.

It was bulky even when folding down, we took transportation back and forth on the bus from a Disney resort and if the bus was full either me and my husband had a hard time finding a place to stand while not being in the way. It moved well and I had no issues moving it around the many parks we visited. The stroller, even with the almost 90lbs of children in it, was easy to push. I loved having the extra cup holders as well and the seats folded all the way down so the kids could relax or nap.

We got the free rain cover and cooler and didn't use the cooler but used the rain cover many times, the kids loved it, easy to put on and pull off. I told them what day to drop it off for us, and it was there on time and we dropped it off in the same area with no issues. We rented a Mini GT Double stroller for our 6 Day Disney trip, what a life saver! My kids were 6 (55lbs) and 2 (32lbs) at the time and I wasn't sure my 6 year old would want to sit in a stroller but the amount of walking we did he welcomed it. I was worried because i had never used the stroller or heard of the company, but I highly recommend them now.

They will certainly be our only rental company in the future! Do yourself a favor, and call here for your rentals. Also an added bonus - they provide a cooler bag which holds 6 cold water bottles and a rain cover for the stroller - at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. They provided speedy delivery, a wonderful large comfy stroller, and even allowed us to change our return date. What we also found out in the park was that the Disney strollers are VERY SMALL and the seats are HARD PLASTIC. We initially called them because we heard that they were cheaper than Disney.

It really saved saved on him getting exhausted and grouchy. We chose the BOB stroller, and what a great decision that turned out to be! Our little guy spent about half of the time in the stroller, and walked the other half. We decided that 4 days at Disney was SO much walking, that we would be better off to rent one. We have a grandson who just turned 5 and were sort of undecided on whether we should get a stroller for him or not.
